ASSOCIATED POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOUR

• As the person responsible, putting Personal Protection Equipment at the disposition of the workforce and demanding it be used.
• Encouraging training by facilitating access to programmes (means, time, etc…)
• Maintaining your position in the face of demands which attack principles or interfere with previous agreements with clients, without affecting the company’s credibility.
• Maintaining or defending a position which has been taken and agreed on by the group or organisation you form a part of, however hard that might be.

ASSOCIATED NEGATIVE ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOUR

• Not sticking to the same criteria in different forums.
• Asking for PPE and not using it.
• Not demanding compliance with guidelines established and shared by the company.
• Defining a profile for a position and selecting a candidate who does not fulfil it.
• Setting a deadline which you know from the start will be impossible to keep.
• Demanding or assuming a compromise with a training programme, and then not attending without just cause.
