• 2 power stations of 5650 Kw each, 250 Hz.
• 4 induction furnaces 12 Tons capacity each: melting production
• 19 Tons/hour.

MOULDING:

• 2 Disamatic 2013 MK5B (650x535), maxi 425 moulds/hour.
• 1 Disamatic 2013 MK4B (650x535), maxi 330 moulds/hour.

POURING:

• 3 laser automatic control and continuous pouring furnaces.

SAND PREPARATION:

• BMD sand plant with 160 Tns./hour mixer.

COOLING:

• 3 cooling lines (AMC+SBC), 50 mts each.

FINISHING:

• Degating: 12 pneumatic cutters.
• Shotblasting: 3 BMD equipments type DTC3 (4 turbines of 30 Kw each).
• Fettling: 12 automatic fettling presses from 25 Tns. till 60 Tns.
