Thus, after having passed the legally prescribed Audit of 2001, Fuchosa went one step further into the field of Health and Safety at work and was awarded the OHSAS 18.001 certification in 2003, thereby becoming one of the first companies in our sector and of our size to obtain this standard. As a result of this policy which actively encourages sensitization in and improvement of every aspect contributing to health and safety at work, Fuchosa has been awarded the “OSALAN Prize 2006 for preventive activity” for the application of conscience-raising techniques over and above the boundaries of the company, visible in the now well-established “Prevention and Environment Week".
