In keeping with the demands of the automotion market and with our Mission Statement as a member of this sector, Fuchosa’s Quality Policy aims principally to comply with our clients’ specifications at the minimum possible cost.

In order to do this we consider the fundamentals of our Quality Assurance System: the control over our production process to prevent defective parts, and likewise a correct development and industrialisation of new products which complies with all of the standards demanded by our clients.

PPMs and complaints evolution

Taking optimal control of our production process is only possible if we have the relevant knowledge at our fingertips, thanks to training programmes and learning by analising our results with relation to our input.

For this reason Fuchosa’s cross-discipline work-teams (Quality, Production and Engineering) work ceaselessly to find improved techniques and improved management for all of the processes handled by Fuchosa.

We also consider the correct management and speedy solving of complaints from our clients as a fundamental of our Quality Policy, and count on a specialised team who are focussed on their mission of fluid, permanent communication with our clients. Our results show a marked tendency over the last few years towards a positive evolution of the main indicators of quality results from our clients who recognise us as one of their best suppliers and demonstrate their trust in Fuchosa.

In this sense, depending hierarchically from Quality Assurance Direction, this area counts with a team special and exclusively oriented to our clients to solve every matter which could affect to the satisfaction we want to preserve.
