Fuchosa believes that alliances are a fundamental part of all future growth and development, as well as being a way to save time and effort. The head of each process defined by Fuchosa is the person responsible for establishing the alliances necessary for fulfilling their objectives based on the strategic guidelines of cost control, improvement of management systems and innovation.

To this end Fuchosa concentrates of the following alliances:

• Technological Alliances: directly related to the improvement of the production process, innovation in materials and technologies for casting, incorporation of services and technical solutions for the client, etc… In this same line it is interesting to point out the alliances established with our clients’ engineering and development centres, the agreements for joint research with metallurgical research centres, especially the current work in this field with AZTERLAN, as well as collaboration with other university centres in the development of new competencies (Univ. de Ingenieros Superiores de Bilbao - Engineering).
• Regional Alliances in management: including all of the agreements of association to regional bodies which promote the knowledge and generic improvement in aspects of business management, such as ACICAE, EUSKALIT, CLUSTER DEL CONOCIMIENTO, ect….
• sector Alliances: the aim of these is to better inter-communication, to improve and to defend the interests of all businesses in the sector like the Founders’ Association - FEAF or others such as CEBEK (Management Association), etc…
